Star Struck

I once had the good chance to meet in person a very popular astrologer of the “The Star In You” fame outside Shopaholix. Upon asking him how did he manage to make such accurate observations about people just from knowing their sun signs he replied, insouciantly, “What be yours?” “Capricorn” said I. “Ah, you quiet little thing! Full of kindness and compassion! You weren’t born for minutiae. Poised as you are, you hold tremendous strength and energy leashed within you. And you shall see when the day comes that the dam breaks. But let that not lead you to believe that you cannot stray. For the Earth in you does desire what it begets- the earthly. But when the sun shines after rain and a little eastbound breeze tips you ahead, out comes the inexorable thinker in you.”
“Wow!” I couldn’t help but gape in wonder. “This man is veritably a genius!” “Does all that come from just my sun sign? I mean, I couldn’t have described myself better than that!” “Would you have believed otherwise?”, he said smilingly and puffed his BMW in the thick cloud of dust away..
